A Heart to Heart By John Reese

July 14th, 2008

trafficsecrets2.0 Internet Marketing business is no different than sports, music, or any activitity in which skills have to be maintained. Tennis has Roger Federer and Raphael Nadal, golf has Tiger Woods and Ernie Ells, music has Justine Timberlake and Mariah Carey, Hollywood has Denzel Washington and Tom Hanks, Internet Marketing has John Reese.

Rembrandt and Van Gogh created masterpieces, Beethoven created symphonies that have withstood centuries, Nadal and Federer matches end up being tennis classics, Tiger Woods can woo the gallery with a 12 under round to overtake the field and win the tournament, John Reese produces satisfied customers that become friends by providing quality Internet Marketing business building resources.

I don’t know about you but I am getting sick and tired of the excessive assault from marketers hyping, hyping, and hyping some more. There is a big build up and then……… disappointment. The quality marketers are aware of this. I have begun using a marketers strategies to decide if I want to associate or not. So with this in mind I have found it refreshing that instead of an assault we got 3 heart to heart talks from John Reese.  No hundreds of emails, no bands playing, no flashing lights, just “here is what I have created for you.”

In the state of today’s economy it is important that we invest our money wisely. You want quality and value, you want to know you will get a good return on your investment. If you are serioius and sincere about building and successful and profitable business online a critical factor is a continuous process of learning and growing. In other words, continue to educate yourself to optimize your efforts. Use your precioius time to learn from the best and be all that you can be.

Traffic Secrets 2.0 is not just an updated version of Traffic Secrets. It is a unique resource, as different from the initial offering as today’s Internet is from the Internet of 2004. Traffic Secrets 2.0 is a product created to fit what the world wide web has evolved to become now.

If you want to stack the deck in your favor then you must watch this third, and final, installment of John Reese’s Traffic Secrets 2.0 introduction videos. As you watch this video make your own impressions and judgments about the man who is talking to you. You might find that by investing 15 minutes of your time will make a big positive difference to the future of your online business. Enjoy.

Internet Marketing Traffic Secrets Revisited

July 12th, 2008

Building and maintaining an Internet Marketing business online is matter of continuing education. When you find a mentor or teacher who provides you with quality and value it advisable to follow. Personally I have found both traits in John Reese and Traffic Secrets 2.0.

I first heard of John Reese when I read an offer to download a copy of the famous Reese Report. I think it was from Alan Gardynes’ AssociatePrograms.com. I was fairly new to the wonderful world of Internet Marketing and didn’t totally understand the language or the mindset yet.  Trying to read the report I imagine the author to be a senior statesmen of the Internet Marketing world.  I was expecting, Dr. John Reese, PhD and was quite surprised to discover he was in his mid 30’s and the knowledge came from experience, not from a classroom.

That Reese Report I read was talking mainly about Virtual Real Estate (VRE). I wasn’t clear at the time exactly what it is. I was thinking maybe it was a virtual residence for an avatar. But what would that have to do with Internet Marketing. I read through the report a few times and filed it away forgetting about it.

My next encounter with John came when he produced and released a Camtasia video documenting revenues he earned from Google Adsense arbitrage sites. I remember this well because it caused quite a stir in Warrior Forum. Some members were insinuating he was lying and had fabricated the whole thing.

After doing some research and being hungry to succeed online Reese Report became a monthly subscription.  Never was there any doubt in my mind as to the value of what I invested monthly. The report was packed full of tips and usable information. If anything maybe got more than I paid for. The quality was always of the highest level.

I couldn’t help but hear about John Reese’s Traffic Secrets and his historical launch. It’s quite an achievement to top over a million in sales in less than 24 hours.  More important, in my opinion, was that Traffic Secrets had staying power. It continued to sell for 3 years until John took it off the market.

My exposure to Reese Report built my respect for it’s author. I had been learning Internet Marketing on my own and it was a long hard process. All the hype and false promises of how much I could earn in weeks, days or even hours was taking a toll. As  a last gasp I made the plunge and invested in Traffic Secrets. I was not disappointed. What I found was a system for building a business, not some “get rich quick” scheme. Traffic is the lifeblood of your online business. Without interested customers visiting your sites, you have nothing.

If John has a fault it is his obsession with testing. If a product or service goes out with his name attached he will accept no less than the highest quality. That is why John Reese has been an influential marketer that I hold in high regard.

It has been 4 years since the release of Traffic Secrets. That is a lifetime on the World Wide Web. Though the basics of Traffic Secrets is still valid and relevant there are many strategies and technologies that have evolved. John felt the need to create and produce a contemporary Traffic Secrets to help people who are serious about building a business online get the most results from  time and energy investments.

Will you do me a favor? Could you take a few moments and watch this video by John.  That way you can make your own judgement about the quality and value. It’s just John talking one on one about results detectors. The reason results detectors are important is because you don’t do business in a void and it is important to know what results your actions are getting. If results are good you can put more emphasis on them, if results are bad you can modify or drop that action.

Thanks for reading this post and let me know what you think of the video. Remember traffic is the heart and soul of your Internet Marketing business, no matter what your niche.

Work At Home For Earth Day

April 19th, 2008

Earth Day is coming up on us on April 22. It is a day to think about how our actions affect the world we live in.

As Internet Marketers or work at homer we are already doing some things to help our environment. Think of how much fossil fuel you are saving by working from home and not commuting to an office, shop or factory.

Still we can do more. Here is a list of things to consider if you have a desire to contribute even more:

  1. When you are going to be away from your Mac or PC for a period of time, shut it down or at least put it on standby.
  2. Only prints things that are absolutely necessary.
  3. Use both sides of printer paper.
  4. Create small notepads or memo pads from paper that has been printed on one side but you don’t need it anymore.
  5. If you are working at home alone, only heat or cool the room you are actually working in.
  6. Consider using Earth friendly resources, such as webhosting the uses renewable energy resources.
  7. Turn off electrical or electronic devices you aren’t actually using. If you aren’t really watching the TV or listening to the CD shut them down.

This list is far from inclusive. There are many more things you can do working from home.

You might ask,”I am one person, what can I do?”. Just live your life as it makes a difference. If enough people do this it will make a big difference.

Remember the Butterfly Effect, something as simple as a butterfly flapping its wings can have a major impact.

Let us Internet Marketers and all who work at home do something to make a difference. It is a good thing and no reason to keep it to Earth Day, for our future quality of life, do it everyday.

Mind Control Marketing?

April 7th, 2008

What does the term, “Mind Control Marketing”, bring to mind?

Mark Joyner, an Internet Marketing pioneer, wrote a book in the early days of the Internet. When this book was published it caused quite a buzz in the Internet Marketing community.

The book became a bestseller and was highly sought after. Then with no warning the author took it out of print. There was a feeling of shock and many people asking, “Why? Why? Why?”

This book that was a bestseller suddenly became scare. It became a hot and very expensive commodity being marketed on eBay and Amazon.

There was never an explaination for this action. Just as surprisingly, Mark Joyner himself, took himself out of the Internet Marketing game. His reason, to pursue other interests.

Mark decided to re-release his controversial book again in e-book format. It is coming soon to an Internet near you. If you are curious, go to this site and watch a short video. It might answer your questions or might create more.

2008 Resolutions and Goals Achieved With NOW Actions

January 11th, 2008

We are more than a week into the New Year.  I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday. It is very much a tradition to make resolutions or goals to achieve during the new year.

Goals and resolutions are important to improve our lives and the world we live in. We don’t really want things to continue on as they have in the past. But we can get too caught up in the goal and forget that the important thing is we have to get there.

Goals give us direction and hope. Keep in mind, though, that you can’t just keep doing the same things and wake up December 31, 2008 and your goal is there in the mailbox. Goals are achieved through consistent and persistent actions.

You achieve goals by focusing on the Now. Now is the only time we truly have in our life. The now is our life, the future when it arrives will also be a Now. The past is a previous Now that is only a memory.

Do Now whatever steps you need to keep moving towards your goal. If you set a goal to earn $250,000.00 in 2008, it won’t come in one check at one time. Each day, each now you must be doing the most effective action to achieve a result now that leads to your goal.

Remember that old proverb that states, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” If you are looking only at your goal, 1000 miles, it will often seem overwhelming and it is tempting to give up. If you look back over your shoulder you might still see where you started and think you will never get anywhere. If you focus on the Now, that one step, it is much easier. When you live enough Nows you will soon arrive at your goal.

So happy New Year to all. Make it the best yet. Strive to be all you can be by making each and every now the best you can.

Mark Joyner, Simpleology and Blogging

December 27th, 2007

Mark Joyner was one of the pioneers who helped with the birth and growth of Internet marketing. He was known for his unique insights and innovations. He was quite successful and suddenly he announced he was walking away from Internet marketing. So he did.

But he didn’t retire. Mark Joyner just headed off in a new direction. He created a personal optimization system, Simpleology, which guides people to make the most in their lives in the areas of time, money, and energy.  You can see his creation at http://www.simpleology.com . He also published a book by the same title which you can order at Amazon or pick up at your local bookstore. It is well worth reading.

Now Mark and his team are sharing their insights into the world of blogging.

I’m evaluating a multi-media course on bloggingfrom the folks at Simpleology. For a while, they’re letting you snag it for free if you post about it on your blog.

It covers:

  • The best blogging techniques.
  • How to get traffic to your blog.
  • How to turn your blog into money.

I’ll let you know what I think once I’ve had a chance to check it out. Meanwhile, go grab yours while it’s still free.

Internet Marketing Game Player To Win

October 19th, 2007

Whether you are playing Internet Marketing or Baseball you should always play to win. Now the Divisional Championships are in progress for American Major League Baseball. Denver, Phoenix, Cleveland and Boston all hope to win and move on to the World Series. Whichever team wins and moves on there is elation, for the losers only dejection.

It is amazing how we fans and the bench-warmers take part in games.  We take credit for wins and are emotions are down when the team loses. We second guess the managers or coaches and insist certain players can play better.

In truth the game is for our entertainment. Win or lose we have no control over what happens. We had nothing to do with the outcome. Though at times we certainly act like it. We yell at the umpires or referees. We talk about decisions made by the staff and the players and do a lot of second guessing.

To really have an impact on the game you must get off the bench or get out of the stands and be a player.  Take the actions that can win the Internet Marketing game for you. If you are in the game you have some control over the end results. You might not win every-time but you can learn more what to do and what not to do to stack the odds of a victory in your favor.

It’s good to be a fan and a cheerleader. Cheering on others adds fire to our hearts. But cheer them on from the playing field, not from the stands. Believe me being on the field for a victory is so much more satisfying than witnessing a victory from the stands.

If you choose to be a player you want to maximize your skills and talents. Other than practise another good way to bring out your best is to have a great coach. Great coaches know how to win and how to get others to believe and get and keep a winning attitude. So if you want to win at the Internet Marketing game get on the playing field and find yourself a great coach.

Excellent coaches have excellent traits. You should look for one that has a proven track record and is where you want to be. There are many but 3 great ones to choose from in the Internet Marketing world are:

Be a Player, be a winner and get yourself a great coach. You do and it will enhance your chances at being a champion of Internet Marketing.

Survivor Internet Marketing

October 12th, 2007

What does the immensely popular reality series Survivor have to do with Internet Marketing. I will attempt to tell you in the next few moments so please read on.

I love watching the Survivor reality show series, though I didn’t start watching it until about the third series. I have the belief that even though the shows have the title “reality show” nothing is ever real when people are in front of cameras.

I didn’t start watching it until around the third series. When I did I took the name Survivor literally. I was under the impression it was about a group of people trying to survive in an isolated location without all the conveniences we are used to having in our daily lives.

I was confused when I observed providers being voted out. If you are in a real survival situation the “providers” would be your best friend. You would want to keep people who can start fires, build shelters, catch fish or provide other food. But it was evident those skills were only important in the beginning. As the series progress things changed.

I finally realized it had nothing to do with survival skills but everything to do with social skills. I should have gotten a hint from the logo, “Outwit, Outplay, Outlast.” I see overt leaders voted out, strong bodies voted out, and the smartest contestants voted out.

It seems to come down to the person who gathers intel and uses it to their survival advantage.  The watch, learn, conspire and strategize. They make friends with non-threatening contestants who will consider them an ally. They subtly direct attention away from themselves to what others are doing or not doing.

Keeping your ears and eyes open to gain knowledge in one key to making it to the end of Survivor. The other key is knowing how to use it and knowing how to read people.

If you want to get the votes in the Internet Marketing game you need knowledge and know how to use it. Jay Abraham has been a Survivor winner many times. He makes it a habit of getting the votes at the end and has received millions for himself as well as those who voted for him and aligned with him.

Jay is a legend in the marketing world with a lucrative history. Anybody who is serious about earning a very good living would be wise to listen and follow his lead. With his assistance and your actions it will be a piece of cake to Outwit, Outplay, Outlast your competition.

Technorati Profile

The Best of Both Worlds

October 10th, 2007

Internet Marketing meets Offline Marketing. But the two worlds don’t collide. Instead they merge and form a perfect union. This union, I will call, Integrated Marketing or Universal Marketing. Separately they are amazing enough but brought together they create a third and uniquely different and more powerful entity.

Russell Brunson is an Internet Marketing Master who started with a dream while he was still attending college at Boise State University in Idaho. He achieved his dream building successes and profits along the way and never looked back. Russ continues to to set his standard higher and higher producing bigger and better results.

Vincent James is a Direct Marketing Master. His story took him from being a convict to being a genuine success both in his life and his business. He developed a system and stuck to it and it has generated millions for him.

Both of these men are success stories with track records and a profitable history. They are both self-made millionaires. They came together to pick each other’s brain and offer the benefit of their combines insights and experiences.

The result is a six hour audio packed full of valuable and useable information.  No matter what niche you are in or what strategy you use in your business you can benefit from the combined knowledge of these two success stories.

It is well worth your time to invest 6 hours listening and learning for this pair. Especially with the amazingly small investment you need to make to own for yourself. If this sounds like something you would benefit from, as many already have you can find out more here.

Happy Marketing.
